Here is a simple prayer surrendering all actions undertaken by you as a tribute to the lord. कायेनवाचा   मनसेन्द्र्यैर्वा बुध्यात्मनावा प्रकृतेस्वभवात्  करोमि यद्यत् सकलं परस्मै नारायणायेति समर्पयामि | kAyena vAcA manasendriyairvA budhyAtmanaVA prakRutesvabhavAt  karomi yadyat skalaM parasmai nArAyaNayeti samarpayami. All (सकलं), that which I do (करोमि यद्यत्),  through body (कायेन), through word (वाचा), through the mind (मनस् ), through sense organs (इन्द्रियैः), through the intellect (बुद्धिः), or through the soul (  आत्मना ), through nature ( प्रकृते:) or by habit (स्वभवात्),  I submit (समर्पयामि), as (इति ) (a tribute)  to the divine (परस्मै), to NarayanA (नारायणाय).

Simple sanskrit prayers when you rise in the morning

Here are some prayers in sanskrit for the morning. When your sit up in bed, look at both hands and recite this prayers seeing god in your hands कराग्रे वसते लक्ष्मीः करमध्ये सरस्वती | करमूले तु गोविन्दः प्रभाते करदर्शनम् || Before you place your feet on the ground pray to the goddess earth on whom you are going to step समुद्रवसने देवि पर्वत स्तनमण्डले | विष्णुपत्नि नमस्तुभ्यं पादस्पर्शं क्षमस्व मे || When you bathe, pray that all the holy rivers enter and bless the water गङ्गे च यमुने चैव गोदावरि सरस्वति | नर्मदे सिन्धु कावेरि जले अस्मिन् सनिंधीं कुरु ||
