Simple prayer surrendering all your actions as a tribute to the lord

Here is a simple prayer surrendering all actions undertaken by you as a tribute to the lord.

 कायेनवाचा  मनसेन्द्र्यैर्वा बुध्यात्मनावा प्रकृतेस्वभवात्
 करोमि यद्यत् सकलं परस्मै नारायणायेति समर्पयामि |

kAyena vAcA manasendriyairvA budhyAtmanaVA prakRutesvabhavAt
 karomi yadyat skalaM parasmai nArAyaNayeti samarpayami.

All (सकलं), that which I do (करोमि यद्यत्),  through body (कायेन), through word (वाचा), through the mind (मनस् ), through sense organs (इन्द्रियैः), through the intellect (बुद्धिः), or through the soul (  आत्मना ), through nature ( प्रकृते:) or by habit (स्वभवात्),  I submit (समर्पयामि), as (इति ) (a tribute)  to the divine (परस्मै), to NarayanA (नारायणाय).

Nine gems of the Sundarakanda: Praise to Hanuman when he slays Simhika the demon who emerges from the sea to stop him.

Hanuman leaps across the ocean to reach Lanka, unstoppable by any obstacle. Simhika a demoness arises from the ocean with the intent of devouring him. She immobilized his shadow and hindered his movement.  He greatly increased the size of his body prompting Simhika to open her mouth wide. The Beauty of the Vows in a Hindu Wedding Ceremony

When we think of the Hindu wedding ceremony, the image that comes to mind is one of endless smoke-laden torture of the bride and groom and the ennui of meeting with an infinite number of forgotten relatives and friends-of-friends. The only fun and meaningful aspect of the wedding appears to be the song and dance with the baraat and sangeet and the opportunity to dress up.
